My favourite investing app!
I love how user friendly Pearler is! It includes so many education and handy features to help you along your investing journey to get rich slow! I love that you can set target allocations so it helps me keep on top of my strategy or there is the autoinvest option too.
Super buggy
I wanted to try this over SelfWealth because they are a young startup and I wanted support them. This app is buggy beyond comprehension. Can’t believe they have a this buggy app on production.

Easy to use and cheap brokerage
I have been using this for about a year and it is great. I buy the brokerage upfront and get the discount, which makes it very good value.
I like the dashboard for the most part. Perhaps a little to bloggy you have missed xzy blog articles since you last logged in… but you can x of that.
Funds transfer in within minutes. Easy to buy stocks although I only hold index stocks vas Vgs and Veu.
When combined with share sight app to keep track of tax stuff it is the total free package.
I like it is transparent you buy you own the stocks and without the bs. Several additional features I don’t use so I can’t talk on them.

Bug issues
Good APP but there are times where I can’t press the back button, or it tells me that my verification process failed when it actually went through.
I’ve got an iPhone 13 Pro so it’s definitely not an issue with my phone.
The app has many problems: please fix them. It’s a shame, otherwise.

Glitchy and slow
The app can take such a long time to load when you log in, I just get the circle of death for ages and sometimes it wont load/log in at all and you have to completely close the app, re-open and log in again. So frustrating! I have a few aps for investing and while Pearler is easy to use it does not compare to others.

New to Investing - Loving Pearler!
Started my investing journey outside Super 6 months ago with Pearler.
Absolutely loving the ease of use app, competitive buy/sell fee, and tracking my net wealth with the neat dashboard.
Looking forward to more features coming, especially dark mode!

A lot of room for improvement
I recently switched to Pearler as my main investment platform especially since I’ve heard a lot of good about it. I think I’ll only be using the browser version as I’m unable to sign in. I am no longer able to sign in because my account has “only been set up for Google sign-in”. This issue only started recently despite using this app for a few months.. If such an error occurs, the app should provide the option to sign in through Google which is what it does on the browser. I will still use Pearler but I think the app could do a bit of working on

Great app but terrible customer service
Great app but terribly slow customer service. So what is the point of having a great app. I have login issues and couldn't log in to my account You only realize that how slow their customer service is when you encounter any such issue? It has almost been a week now I'm still unable to access my account and still waiting for Pearler to fix up my account login issue and I was unable to trade too all this while. This is the reason people like me are stuck with big 4 banks even though they are expensive in fees but at least their website, app and customer service is better there and almost works all the time. I won't trust Pearler at all from now onwards and I can never make Pealer my only broker account ever.

I love Pearler fiercely..
but oh man i think its because I love it so much that I see many ways they could improve the app..
Make the profile/social/community side better! More social mediay.. with posts and forums. That would be a real difference from other apps. I recommend this app to so many people it would be great if it was easier to watch my friends progress and hear their thoughts and how they change their targets easier.

Great concept and platform. Web experience is far better than mobile app. But also know the mobile app has just launched.
Really hope you move to a native app in the future. Mobile wrapper is much less responsive and buggy.
