Good experience so far, but…
I’ve been a consumer of Truly’s products for about 2 years now, and I’ve had an overall good experience, but I have an issue with a few things:
1. Bad reviews aren’t replied to, so that makes me question their authenticity.
2. I tried to buy the Glazed Donut Shave Butter through TikTok shop, but it never arrived, nor was I able to make a claim about it.
3. The Glazed Donut aftershave oil caused me to get painful, red bumps on my armpits, and I don’t know why, since I’m not allergic to any of the main ingredients.
Aside from these 3 things, I’ve had an overall good experience with the Truly app, but I’d just like to see better customer service.Allow FaceBook Login on App
I would love to be able to use the app, however, my account was created using my FaceBook login credentials. Please allow app to login using FaceBook, so I can connect to my account in the app. I currently don’t use the app because of this.Love this app
