Just getting a grey screen when the app opens.
Please advise what to do with this app?
Is the developer ever going to fix this crap? Less than two weeks till the Tattoo and still nothing?

Bad app
Can’t get your tickets. Is not able to open app
App goes blank. Will need to see military tattoo with your order to print tickets and get voucher for program guide

Blank screen
Tried reinstalling the app but no joy, silver screen every time. 🤷♂️ show in 12 days and no tickets to show. Pretty awful experience.
Faulty
Have tried to download twice. Each time after registration it loads as a blank page

I only get a grey screen. Downloaded it. Deleted it. Downloaded again. No luck.
Tickets
Two weeks to go before the show and still a grey blank screen, useless app. Should have gone for the tickets through the post. Have been in contact with the show in Edinburgh and they said if it does not work to contact a week before our arrival and they will sort the tickets out.
The app doesn’t work
This should be priority 1 for the Tattoo leadership team. Apparently nobody cares.

I only get a grey blank screen
I only get a blank grey screen once I click on the downloaded app. I deleted it and downloaded the app again and still no luck. I need it for my access to my tickets.
Grey screen should not be “expected” behavior
Within 3 weeks of our trip I tried to install app to get tix. Created a login and was greeted with a grey screen. This is the reply I got from support. I can think of many alternatives I expect more than a grey screen.
Please be advised that the Tattoo Tix app is currently undergoing maintenance prior to the injection of tickets, as such, the grey screen you are met with is expected. You will receive an email instruction guide when the app is ready to access.

Worthless app
My story is the same as everyone else. The gray screen of death. I sent an email to the Tattoo Tickets office and will see how they address the problem. We leave for Scotland in about two weeks.
