No tickets on app
Downloaded the app 2 weeks ago, created account and tickets were showing. Now on the day of the event I go into the app and it says not tickets associated with this account. Tried deleting the app and starting again but no success. Need help urgentlyEaglescot
Doesn’t work
I’ve bought two tickets. I followed the instructions in the email sent to me. It’s showing no tickets associated with this email. When I login to the website it shows the tickets I have bought. The worst app I’ve ever used.Shuvurnkname
Can’t Login
I type my password and nothing happens after clicking login. There are no directions for seeking help. I know the password is right because I can login on desktop.Edmund II
Frustrating app
Will not download tickets, will not recognize email or passwords that have been used without issues many times, does not provide pertinent information.mugglmom
Tickets not showing
Only way to get your ticket’s for the tattoo is through this app. Downloaded, but no ticket with qr codes only details of cost and seat location. Not sure how they are supposed to scan my tickets when we attend the event!matkymarky
What a waste of time
Why can’t you get tickets in the normal way anymore.....anything to make life more complicated. Started off with 2 tkts then mysteriously had one and then lost both of them. I just want paper tickets.......urghhhhhhh.-@/&:£
Ticket won’t download
