Does this app even work??
I downloaded the app, registered, got the 6 digit code and then….. just a totally gray screen and nothing else. I need to sell my Tattoo tix from the US, now what am I supposed to do? For an official site for the Tattoo, this app is junk!! 😡😡😡Bixbees
I don’t get it
I got this app for my tickets for the tattoo in august. It got me to make an account and then just went grey and nothing else. I don’t know what to do, I’ve rebooted and that didn’t help.ClaireRobert
Worst app ever!
Downloaded the app and went through registering a new account…confirmed the account with the code from the email, and now I just get a grey screen…no errors, no buttons to click, nothing but grey screen. Hoping to find another way to download my tickets.B1BabyAF
Horrible app design - 2 separate accounts
For anyone with issues.. you must create A NEW account with the same email as the one you used on the website..
So in total you’ll have one account for the website and another account for the app.. but they should be the same email.Dan Man1988
Tattoo Tickets are no longer there
The Tattoo tickets were there when I first downloaded the app. Today, it shows no tickets associated with the email address I used to purchase them. Very frustrating. Wish I had just printed them.K2022W

Total bloody shambles. They’ve had 2 years to get ready and their tech is completely useless. Oh, and don’t try phoning them, no bugger ever answers.

Worst ticketing experience ever
To buy a single ticket to a performance one is asked to register, re-register, give all one’s personal information (twice) use two factor authentication, download an app and then after 30 minutes of labor receive an e-ticket. The WORST.M Graham S
Disappearing act!
First downloaded app when I received instructions from Tattoo event. At least tix showed up even though the QR didn’t.
Now the app no longer even shows tickets at all. I printed out my receipt, hopefully that gets us in. Our show is Tomorrow!ShazzMatazz
Great Experience
Came to the Tattoo on the first night and fantastic to see the use of mobile ticketing. When being scanned saw a few issue with Print @ Home and physical tickets but none with mobile at allHornbyD

No issues with app, clearly states QR will be given 48 hours before eventJammymouse
