Come on chaps, what’s going on with this app? It’s clearly not just a matter of you playing catch-up with the latest version of ios

Useless app
Have tried to access my account but all I get is a silver screen. Tried deleting the app and re-installing it, but no joy, just a blank silver screen. Doesn’t give me much confidence in their technical team given all the poor reviews from last year and they still don’t seem to have improved it. And as they allow no other options but this app to get your tickets, you’d think they’d do something to fix it! Can only hope it’s sorted in time for this year’s tattoo but can’t say I’m optimistic!Show lessPenman69

Purchased my tickets online and selected the option to have the tickets sent to this app (the only other option was for the tickets to be mailed to me). I log into the app and it is just a blank gray screen. So I have no idea how I’m going to get the tickets.TheRealCaveman

I don’t see a response to Claire’s query but I had the same experience. Some clarifying instructions would be appreciated given the Military Tattoo website says you will access your paid tickets through this app.Cher is confused

I did not know when I purchased the tickets that they would not be delivered simply by text messaging. After installing this app and creating an account (which by the way is not the same account that I created online), the app gave me the same blank, gray screen that others have reported.Cornguy.rln
Useless
I’d score this with zero stars if possible. I managed to get an account created and then landed on the blank gray screen that has been mentioned in other reviews. I’ve attempted deleting the app and reinstalling with no success. This app is useless and now I am likely going to have to pay the extra money to have them mailed.
