Never received deduction report
I was really enjoying this app. I spent hours going through my deductions. Everything was done, but when I clicked the “export data” feature it prompted me to pay for the annual service (not included in the free trial). I paid for the Basic plan, which was around $80. It said it would take a few minutes to send the report, but I never received the report. I tried to contact the company, but I just got a bot response back. Still waiting and hoping this can resolved.Show lesstktn26

Probabaly the best thing out there!
I’m giving five stars because after a lot of research I think this might be the best product out there for solopreneurs. Doesn’t integrate with Apple Card (which is a bummer) but does with Chase, Amex,and maybe USAA? The AI function is pretty legit and will save you time! Would ideally LOVE integration of receipts/notes to also function as an archive for a potential audit (in fact, if they had this function I’d pay for the premium service for sure). Trial run is well worth it and gives you a holistic experience. Definitely try it.

This app really is a game changer for taxes, it feels like the tinder of tax apps. But it really is designed well, feels easy to pick up and learn. Theres not much to it. And i really appreciate the low profile ergonomic design to it.

I have been trying to contact this app since the first day I signed up. App crashes constantly, Support is unresponsive, and the CPA never contacted me. Don’t waste your time. Trying to cancel my subscription. $29 a month. No way. Not for this kind of service.PerfeckFlaw
