Another nights rest
I believe that this app is splendid! As a teenager who doesn’t get too much sleep, it’s nice to be able to track how much sleep I get. Since I’ve used this app, I can calculate about how long it takes me to fall asleep so I know when to go to bed to get a good amount of sleep. I’d recommend this to anyone!
