This app literally serves no purpose but to just advertise their products, you can‘t login at all, nor can you purchase anything off of here. Along with this, MUJI already has a website for ordering Muji products in the USA called Muji.us. The app is basically pointless and useless. Not related with web online account
You can’t login with your normal Muji account online, thus you can’t use the points you have on the web. No matter which account you login, Facebook, google or apple, there is an error. Tried uninstall the app and reinstall, all the points related with my previous account goes away. Why this app is here???Show lessEhfkvuamfi

The app is a mess. Very hard to navigate ESPECIALLY the search option. Incredibly hard to even get back to that page. Why have the app when you can just go directly to the online store. Love Muji. But this app is quite badly designed.shermls

Not sure what this app is for. Can’t look up products — the app launches a webpage. Can’t order from it either.
Only purpose is to find stores. But that’s easily accomplished in Maps.tooth1
Advertising app, not a sales app.
The executive that approved this app did it to show off their new products but not to actually buy them. Want to easily view and purchase products? Sorry, Muji doesn’t want your money only your appreciation.
