Banned if you win too much
Both my fiancé & I loved this app when we first downloaded it! Other gambling apps won’t send you a check in the mail
& playgunlakes does. I can no longer login due to an email change. Customer support has been nothing but rude to me & telling me I must be doing something wrong if I can’t login with no help at all. My fiancé won $300 off of a free bet & he is now banned due to that. Which we regularly bet with our own money on this app, so it’s not like we are only using free bets. Very sketchy! Not even paying out! Which is false advertising. In all of my 5 years of working in customer service I never once told a client that they are in the wrong. They are very rude through customer support & I’ve been nothing but nice. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app & if you have it, DELETE IT

DO NOT PLAY WITH GLC
Whatever you do, do not play with gun lake I was a first time user put over 600 into the app of my own hard earned money played that thru then I got my money back as a bonus played that thru on various casino games on the app never got any type of “good” wins they are a complete scam and should not be considered a casino if you like donating your money by all means play with GLC, good luck I’d recommend betmgm if you want a decent online casino

Slots don’t seem right
So I’ve played every Michigan online casino, probably 10-11 of them, and believe me, overall I have lost huge since it became legalized, but I blame no one but myself. But with most all of them, you eventually win a decent jackpot after gambling $1000’s and $1000’s on slots. But as an addict, you keep going thinking you will win. This never happens at this casino. I’ve deposited and played many many times. I withdrew about $1300 on what I think was my initial $100 or so deposit (now this was when they first came out so hard to remember exact numbers, but around there). The one other time I won a halfway decent amount was on the free $50 they gave me on my birthday. But other than that, you’re very very lucky to win 10x your bet. Like it just don’t happen. Casinos have gotta be able to control the potential payout on a given slot cause it’s not the same. And I’m not talking about a small sample. I’m taking about thousands of spins and this casinos slots, the few that other casinos also have, just don’t pay out. In the even you do win a little, why on earth would they wait 72 hours to pay out. That’s unheard of in most casinos in Michigan. The good ones, you get paid within the matter of a few hours. Well I’m sure the reason is because they know an addict will most likely cancel the withdrawal and gamble it away. But it’s just wrong. This casino must have the worst revenue out of all of them due to things like these. Whoever runs this casino and approved the 72 hour withdraw thing, is an idiot. This should be such a quick and simple process. Anything over 8 hours is wrong. This alone has gotta lose this company so much money as I have read all of the bad reviews. Everything about this app just doesn’t seem right. I have excluded myself from every other casino due to my habit and this was the only one I had left and quickly remembered why I stopped using it. This will be my last day of online Michigan gambling. But I’m not here to put down other casinos. MGM, drafkings, barstool, Wynn…all fantastic with withdrawls and the occasional big win. I was just dumb and gambled too much. But this one, I urge all to stay away until they make some company changes.
Also, other than the $50 birthday free play I got, they never ever give you any free play/incentives to come back. Promotions for existing players are just laughable. I even opted in to a contest promotion which gives the top so many people free money based on your standings. One time, I should have won quite a bit but never registered my playing, another time was based on only playing certain slots. Not one of those slots would load and let me play and those were the only ones that I couldn’t play. I looked at the leaderboard at the end of the week, and there were less than 10 people on it. So everyone had the same issue but like 5 special players? You can’t tell me that only 5-7 players in the entire state of Michigan actually opted in to that promotion. 😂. Cause I did a couple times and it meant nothing.

Worst Platforms I’ve Seen
I play a few different online apps / casinos, but the interface for this app is not user friendly at all. The links don’t work correctly either, you can click NCAAB to bet that sport, and it doesn’t go directly there. Once I play through my free bets, I’m uninstalling immediately.

Frustrating
This app has all the keys to be amazing. Has fast withdrawals and all. But if you even have a small issue the customer service laughs at you and makes you feel like a bum. I’ve spent good money on the site and you should make your customers feel appreciated. They are why you are in business get a grip.

by FAR the worst sportsbook
I've used over 10 different sportsbooks before & never had nearly as many problems as i've had with this horrid app. I've been locked out of my account for over a week now & customer service has been no help at all. First it said my password was incorrect when i know it wasn't, then it wouldn't let me change my password for days. Then it finally let me change it, but still won't let me sign in on the app or on the computer. Just a big headache for no reason.
