The Worst Sportsbook I Have Ever Seen
I have been contacting customer support for nine days now. Not a single person I talked to has any idea how to contact any department. Eleven people, not one.
I cannot even register for the sports book. They told me that it would take anywhere from 48-72 hours to get my files validated. It’s been nine days.
Do not waste your time with this book! Draftkings and FanDuel offer immediate registration, better promos, and wayyyyyy better customer support. By far the worst sports book I have ever not used I guess, can’t believe they’re actually a casino too

Unsure why this has some low ratings. I love their unique boosts and their interface is very clean. Easily on par with the larger sports books for UX
What happened? Games disappeared!
I absolutely loved this app and site until recently. They took every game that I had won decent on or played regularly and deleted them! I emailed them with no response. Every other site has them and I have no problems. I have gone to not even playing anymore and I do miss playing. Maybe you guys will get your crap together and fix the issue. A response would have even been nice. Someday maybe I can return but until those games are back, I am done.

Great casino app!!!
Don’t listen to the other reviews. This is not a slow withdrawal. If you use paypal you will get your money in about an hour or less. I have had great luck with this app and I was also impressed with the great signup bonuses. If I had to have a complaint my only wish would be for more free-play with out a deposit required like BetMGM will occasionally give players.

“Data not received”
I used to play on this app a lot until I kept getting the same error message on all my favorite games coincidentally. The error is “data not received”. I deposited money today just to see if it was fixed 30 bucks gambled out of what I deposited and several log outs and logins later I still keep getting the same error. I turned on Wi-Fi thinking it would help but nope. I’m even trying on a brand new phone since last year and it’s the latest iPhone 14 so I’m positive it’s the app. I play on 2 other major apps very regularly and never have this issue so I know it’s not a data/signal issue at this point. I’m withdrawing and saying good riddance. The app is seriously in need of bug fixes and not at the cost of my mental.

Not the worst but not the best
I play on 3 different casino sites. Gunlake Casino is not the best one but it would be my second best. Lately, when I’m winning on a game it just shuts down!! After logging back in and going back to the game it’s losing now. This has happened to me several times but mostly on Capital Gains which is one of my favorites. I think your experience just all depends on the games you choose to play. Some of them win and some don’t but that’s with any casino. My advice would be when you get a nice win, just cash it out and be done. I’ve found that if you stick around, they will drain it all back!! Last but not least, this is the only casino that I play where there is a withdrawal limit of 2 within 24 hours. I don’t like that, if it’s our money we should be able to withdraw it at anytime regardless of how many withdrawals we’ve made .

Slow withdrawal process
I really enjoy the games on Play Gun. I like the interface. The withdrawal methods aren’t up to date as some of the other online casinos you can’t withdraw to your debit card but I don’t mind that. I ordered the play plus card. They deposit on to that immediately once approved ..but my problem is the waiting period for them to approve your withdrawal request. The first two times I withdrew they approved it in like 15 minutes but on my 3rd time I just did a withdrawal and so far it’s been over 26 hours. I called the chat line they said it takes up to 72 hours to review. So now I have to sit and wait to see if I will have my funds in that window. I don’t like they can take your money instantly off your card to play but want to move slowly to payout. Other than that I do love their website I will come back here with an update and let you guys know how long it took to get my withdrawal approved.

WORST Online Casino - Long Waits & Terrible Customer Service
Do NOT fall into the same trap I did. Their promo is great until you have to wait 6 plus days to receive your withdrawal. In the meantime having it rejected once, despite them approving your smaller deposit. I’m assuming because one is only $250 and the other was $1,000. Either way, with their 72 hour promise this makes no sense. This is complete and total bull.
Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and doesn’t answer questions. They are condescending, unhelpful, and rude. I have never felt so mistreated somewhere where I spend my money.
Do NOT download or gamble here - it is a total sham. Still hoping I’ll get my money, but who even knows at this point. Customer service says they have “no time frames to give” despite their 72 hour “promise”. What a total joke!!!
Save your money & go play at BetRivers or WynnBET. They are FAR superior!!!

Absolute Joke - Ignore
I opened an account, was playing with them for a couple of months and after winning a larger bet, they decided to hold my money until I sent them identification. It’s not like I wasn’t verified already, they just made it as hard as possible to withdraw money. Then - they literally have a “cancel withdrawal” request on your withdrawal status for up to 72 hours. The layout of app is confusing and nowhere near as polished as Draft Kings or FanDuel. Stick with the pros and ignore…unless you want somebody requesting your license, birth certificate, ATM pin, waist size and exact location of Area 51 before you get your money.

I have finally won a decent amount of money on this casino app. Prior experiences regarding withdrawal on this platform consisted of me receiving withdrawals within 10 minutes to PayPal. This past month they’ve religiously processed my withdrawals within 10 minutes without a problem. I’ve finally won a decent amount of money, happy and excited to receive my withdrawal, and I still haven’t received it. At 12:31 am tonight it will be exactly 72 hours since I’ve requested my withdrawal and I am really hoping that I receive a notification then from gunlake approving my withdrawal, and PayPal confirming that I’ve received my $1,200 withdrawal. If this happens, I will definitely update this review to a 5 stars. So far however, they have taken so long to process my withdrawal I am starting to collect doubts about the integrity and fairness of this business. I hope they prove me wrong here.
