  • No explainations

I use the Beachbody App and it’s streamed without any buffering. This app needs work in my opinion. I cancelled after the 1st month, it’s not living up to the quality I’m used to receiving from a streaming workout program. Also there is no explanations on proper form when performing the exercises with weights. I enjoy watching these 2 on YouTube every now And then but the app isn’t for me. I need warm ups before and after a workout.

  • Amazing Value

Makes working out easy and fun. Meal plans are helpful.
I have been working out with these guys for a few months with shocking results. Feeling great about my body.
  • Great app but I’m unable to play my own music…

I love your app! Your workouts using compound movements keeps my workouts creative and has me looking forward to each new weekly drop!

My only concern is that although I select the option to play the workout in the background so I can play my own music, it doesn’t work. If this can be fixed the app will be a perfect 5 out of 5!

  • Great routines, Crappy App

I’m a huge fan of MMM so I was excited to see they have an app. While the workouts are great, the app has a lot of limitations. I prefer working out to my own playlist and the ability to read the different moves within a routine. Unfortunately, you don’t have the option to customize the music and the videos seem to be pulled from youtube. I was hoping for something a bit more tailored! Useful for anyone who exercises at home.

  • LOVE

love MMM. the workouts are short but highly effective. It never really demands more than 20-25 minutes of your time every day but I always work up a great sweat. It’s easy to fit into your day and the time commitment is low enough that being consistent isn’t very difficult (for me at least).

The background music issue is never a prob for me. I don’t really like the music they have on their workouts anyway, so I’ve actually started to mute their videos and play my own music on spotify/another Youtube tab and that has worked fine.

Such a great investment - very much worth the money.

  • Improvement Ideas, Overall Would Recommended This App!

    Workout Improvements:
1: Make The WorkOut Demonstrations Automatically Repeat After The 30 Seconds Is Up. * It’s A Hassle To Keep Manually Starting The Video Over, Especially If Your New To Doing The Exercise And Need To Keep Replaying The Demonstration To Make Sure Your Performing The Exercise Right*

2:Verbalize Instructions Would Be A Big Help To Ensure We Are Doing The Workout Properly,Doing The Right Amount Of Sets And Reps, And To Ensure We Are Performing The Proper Form For Each WorkOut. * There Has Been Times Where Feel Like I Am Doing Extra Reps On Certain Arm Workouts Where You Call For X Amount Of Reps For Each Arm. For Example: The Push-Up Hand Row. It’s More Ensuring To Do Your WorkOuts On YouTube, Then Your App. I Feel More Comfortable With Your YouTube Content Because Of The Verbal Commands.*

    Meal Plan Improvements:
I Am Currently Following Your Omnivore Volume One Meal Plan. I Really Didn't Need To Follow A Meal Plan Due To I Already Have A Balanced Nutrition Regiment, But I wanted To Give Yours A Try So Here I Am.

1: Revisit Your Shopping List, And Directions For The Meals. * I Notice Right Off The Back In Week One, There Are Some Things Listed In The Shopping List, That Isn’t Used In Any Of The Three Meals For That Week….. Same As For Week 2. So What I Have Been Doing Was I Would Have To Read Through The Recipes For the Week And Match It Up To The Shopping List For The Week And Take Out The Items That Weren’t Listed In The Recipe Instructions. For Example, In Week Two It Calls For Red Peppers, There Isn’t Any Red Peppers Stated In Any Of The Recipes That Week, Only Red Chili Peppers Which Is List Right Under Red Chili Peppers On The Shopping List.

Other Then Those Improvements Listed Above, The App Is A Really Good App. It Has Structure Workouts, And The Meal Are Pretty Enjoyable, Compared To Other Meal Plans That Aren’t So Enjoyable.

I Hope You Guys Can Utilize These Improvements And Others Suggested Improvements.

  • No music 😕

Work-out videos are great! And mapped out for easy use. The only issue you can't play and music in the background while using this app. ( a must have)
Also, videos included don't have any music so it's just awkward silence unless you have another device.
  • Not for true beginners

Could you please show the modifications for both beginner and non-beginner at the same time? Also can you please explain proper alignment on the exercises? Overall I like this program because I can see the exercise, follow the timers, and make my own modifications for my health needs, and I feel great afterwards. I just wish everything had modifications for those of us that are a little tight and starting over trying to get in shape. I like this enough that I sent my daughter the link.

  • Good app

Nice to have everything on one platform but the workouts that are free on YouTube you have to pay for on the app, which doesn’t make sense to me. I preferred the other layout as I’m doing the 90 challenge on the other layout it told me the workouts I had completed which was a great help so I didn’t get confused with the days. The app bugs out sometimes but as I said it’s nice to have everything on the same platform.
