I’ve been following MMM for about a year on Instagram. Lost 50lbs just doing their workouts on my carport. I decided to invest in this app instead of purchasing a beach body plan and so far it’s been 100% worth it! Been following the monthly workout routines and I’m already noticing some gains!! Only thing is I can’t play my own headphones. But I did just figure out how to watch from my Roku Tv so now I can keep my headphones in!Show lessDoodlesbytrista
