So disappointed!!
I have been enjoying this fun challenging game for a while now, but I keep getting sent back to the level with Kith & Bridget buying white goods! I am currently on Level 652 but each time I pass a level I do not advance to the next….the only way to advance unless I want to play Kith's level endlessly, like every second game, at times, is to use the restart option.
I have uninstalled this game, then reinstalled it multiple times. I have updated it, deleted it and reloaded it many times. Nothing works. Also I have not had ANY response from the developers, despite multiple attempts. PLEASE FIX THESE GLITCHES OR AT LEAST RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!Show lessFreetime fan
AMAZING with a very annoying problem
This game is AMAZING and I love it, it is challenging and when you finally get it it gives you a huge sense of accomplishment
However there is one thing that i find really annoying and that is as usual the adds. When you want to go to the main menu you have an add, every other time when you finish the level you get an add, if you want to restart you get an add and it is just so annoying because each of these adds are around 26-30 seconds long and that all piles up.

WHY THE CHANGE
I’ve been playing this game religiously for a while and truly feel this is the best cross logic app over others I’ve tried.
Not been using app for a while and was shocked to discover, new way of playing. NOT HAPPY. Don’t change something, if it’s working.
Please change back to how it used to be. I found the Chapter icons distracting and you have to play a silly game to get points before moving on.Show lessZibi14
If you like ads this is the game for you!
I’ve had this game for a few years and I reckon I’ve almost spent more time watching and exiting multiple screens for ads than I have actually playing it. That’s if it doesn’t crash mid ad and make you reload the app. I’ve finished all case files and all levels over medium and it’s just ‘done’… There’s no new cases or puzzles added over time or with updates. I’m glad I didn’t pay $8 for a relatively small amount of puzzles. When you complete a level you used to collect hints and mistake clearings, now it’s just a blank screen asking you to collect or decline literally nothing! fun game, but Detective Stories are basically useless, fake rewards, fake timer?
I’ve had this game for a long time but stopped playing for a while, until around a week ago. The “Detective Stories” were a new feature I noticed, so I played and completed part 1 of the mayor’s daughter story, and most of part 2. It said I had 1 day, and 23 hours left to finish it.
The next day I return to the app the finish the story, and a new one has appeared. It hadn’t been 1d, 23 hours, like it said. Almost every single day since, the same thing has happened. It never saves my progress, so I haven’t been able to complete one full story yet. It also says I have exactly 1d, 23 hours to complete the story every single day, so is the timer fake? I got the same mayor’s daughter story again last night, completed some of it, and today the same story is still there, but no progress was saved as usual.
I also haven’t been rewarded for the parts I have completed. It says I’m supposed to win 3 hints for completing part one of a detective story, which I’ve done at least 3-4 times, yet I still only have 3 hints total.Show lessmollykitty7204
Great Game - But let me play my media!!
I really enjoy this game, the variety is really good and it progresses well and is genuinely challenging.
There are some glitches in the game such as the ad wall that prevents you loading a new cases story, this doesn’t always work and will make the game crash but that doesn’t hold too much of an impact honestly.
The only hugely frustrating part is the fact that the second you open the app, anything you’re listening to stops. It’s not even an option to pull down the menu of your phone and press play again once in the app, it will cut it off no matter what. How is this still a thing in 2023?!
If I’m putting together my blocks for keys I don’t want to do so in complete silence and if I’m on public transport I can’t just cast the podcast/music to a nearby speaker so it definitely means I play the game less than I would. You can sometimes get through certain adverts and play music through there and then come back but this is a ridiculous level of hassle to go through imho.
It may seem insane that this is such a big issue to me but there we are haha.Show lessLydiaFLL
Fun but flawed
Overall I enjoy this game, but there are a couple of problems. 1. Several of the puzzles do not give you adequate clues to solve them. You’ll be down to two unsolved combinations and literally have to guess because there isn’t enough info. 2. Even if you pay to remove ads, you still have to watch an ad to get a clue, remove mistakes, or skip a puzzle. I wouldn’t mind that so much except for the issue with inadequate clues. If you have to guess because there isn’t enough info to solve, and you guess wrong, you have to either start over for free or watch an ad to get past the mistake. They are making extra money from me watching ads because their game is flawed, which seems slightly skeevy. 3. There’s no system to report things like the inadequate clues issue. 4. The game tells you every week or two there is a new special event, which you have to watch an ad to access (even if you paid for the game). When if you click through, it’s always the same event. They are making money by making you watch an ad and not giving you any value. Overall the game has the feel of one that’s been abandoned by the development team. Its an ok game. The story line makes it kinda fun but the amount of ads is actually ridiculous!! Had to delete because for like one game id have to watch 3 or 4 ads. Found a much better one with way less ads ✌️Faidey
Incorrect clues!!
I can handle the ads but on multiple puzzles I have been given incorrect clues making them impossible to complete without just guessing.Sydney Lava
Amazing game but…
I absolutely love this game and I would have rated it 5 stars but there’s been a few instances where the clues it gives are Incorrect and I’ve had to use up my power ups to try and find the ACTUAL answers. So if the solutions were actually checked before being uploaded. I can’t remember the first one, but the one I just completed that was wrong was Level 27, the eye spy one.
I love logic grid puzzles and this one was the best I found, and I loved the story, and Detective Frank Logic is so cool.
