Exceptional Experience
From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly and seated within a few minutes. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The food, salad, entree, warm bread and Spumante ice cream were excellent. Plates were bussed timely as was ability to pay. Beautiful decor and atmosphere
i’ll give the negative and the positive. Beautiful atmosphere. The food was very good. The bread came out warm and very soft. I just feel for this kind of environment. Should’ve been a couple extra things that could’ve added to it ; small napkins for under our cups it was pretty warm in the restaurant, the lettuce salad came out like you just open a bag and poured it into the bowl next time chop it up rinse it off slice some cucumbers and tomatoes would make it look like more effort was put into it. and I purchased a beverage and was never offered a refill.Show lesskim in ks
App doesn’t completely fit on screen
The controls on the bottom of screen and not clear because half the light colored text has red background and half has a light background color. It makes the light colored text difficult to read when the background is also light colored. The app doesn’t appear to have been tested with different screen sizes or settings. Someone in the restaurant had to show me where the “Earn Points” and “Redeem Rewards” buttons are because they are completely covered by the “Awaiting Offers” graphic. I don’t know what other buttons or information is being blocked by the poorly designed app UI. I hope it gets fixed. I can provide screenshots if requested.Show lessSpeed Razsir
Disappointed
This has always been a family favorite and go to for birthday celebrations. We made reservations days in advanced. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes or sit outside and be seated right away. We chose to sit outside. The server was so friendly and tried his best to accommodate us but could not keep up on his own. Drinks took over 20 minutes and no bread was brought until after our meals were almost done and he brought one loaf for 12 people. Water cups were empty all night. Great place for lunch
Between my office and other stops today, I needed to grab a quick bite to eat but wanted quick service at a real restaurant. I have been coming to the Old Spaghetti Factory for years. As created by Harrison, walked to my table and Harrison told me what a great server I would have with Joseph. Joseph got my order in quick correct care of me. I have been eating at the Old Spaghetti Factory since I was a little kid. Then when I moved to Honolulu , I would go regularly. It would bring back years of memories, good food & great times with family and friends!Lori Gamble
Spaghetti Factory Birthday Dinner
We have been coming to Spaghetti Factory for my birthday dinner for over 40 years now. I was actually an employee at the Salt Lake Trolley Square restaurant and was hired in 1973! I have loved and always order Mizithra and mushroom, Managers Favorite for all those years! We always have a great time, we bring our giant family of over 20 to the Taylorsville restaurant now. always a very nice staff, tonight our waiter was Kobe and he deserves kudos for taking care of us and our 13 grandkids -not an easy task!Show lessJWBoFm
Childhood Memories
I moved to Illinois for the last 30 years to discover the Denver location closed. I happened upon the Colorado location, and am elated to know that I have moved close to this location. OSF is a childhood memory for my family, and I am so glad it is here to continue a tradition that I grew up with!!MY2665
Great service
We had a gteat server I brlieve nsmed Crosrell (not sure on the spelling). She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Thx. Also, thanks to Kam, the manager, for fixing an issue with our reservation. Then she came over to check in on our dining experience. Very classy and professional.Tunaofthecses
Excellent!
We have frequented Spaghetti Factories in Seattle and Corvallis. Our first time in Eugene did not disappoint. Yes, the service wasn’t quite as crisp as the veteran wait people at the two others but it’s only the second week. Given that, they did fabulous.Sal Jean
