Do not waste your money on this safe/app. The safe is nice, works ok. However, the selling point is the integration with your phone via Bluetooth. I have had the safe for 2 years and have never been able to pair the app/phone/safe. The clock is ALWAYS off because you cannot pair the app with the safe. Multiple attempts through customer service achieve zero success. If you want an integrated safe, do not waste your money!!!Show lessMynrdPNW
Could be more refined
The app appears to be alright. Has the basics in terms of controls and works as it should. It would be nice to see a 24hr time option for the clock. Please add!!Cho_och
Garbage
You got maybe a 30% chance the app will connect to the safe. 0% chance it’ll happen in a timely fashion. Settings change by themselves. Serves no purpose that an extra button or 2 on the safe couldn’t do better. Disappointing as this app is very much ruining what could have been a great safe.KorbenDallas09
App does not function
Will not find my brand new safe.. shame to spend $600 on a safe just for some of the features to not work out of the box.Jfranklin1209
Terrible App
Zero updates. No ability to perform such a simple task of setting the clock to 24H mode. Connecting often takes a painfully long time. Can unlock.
If this is 2.0 I shudder to think what 1.0 was like.djspry
Disappointed out of the box
I am very disappointed at the lack of functionality of the Bluetooth and the app. I just set my safe up, and I find it nearly impossible to use the app after the first go. A product of your reputation needs to have matching technology if that’s what you’re selling. I hope they improve this app and technology and I see it as an early investment.Show lessLQBoogy

Poor app quality
I do not get alerts to my phone If the safe is tampered with. The app keeps turning the clock off on the safe for some reason. This has happened multiple times and I’ve had to turn it back on multiple times.saphireBrands
So disappointing compared to WiFi
I had to use this app for BT functions on a new Vaultek safe I bought, which doesn’t have WiFi capabilities. I have another of their safes that works on WiFi and it works pretty well.
The app is slow to connect, sometimes it takes over 30 seconds to connect or just times out.
No notifications are sent to the app from the safe if it is opened or tampered with.

Bluetooth doesn’t connect
Cant change the time on the safe without connecting. Bluetooth doesnt work so have clock safe with incorrect time.hamradiooperator1987
