Can’t connect with WiFi at all
Huge disappointment. Tried for hours ti get it connected to WiFi. Useless.jayhawkfan68
Bare bones
I had to try and connect 2x but after that I had none of the issues listed. The app is very bare bones but it’s right to the point. Shouldn’t need this to set the time but once it’s connected the time goes by what’s on your phone. The fact you can adjust volume, brightness and tones is great. Only let down is this is only a clock and not an alarm clock as well.Show lessGrmRipo

Don’t waste your time on this app!
Just like others, you will find that the app installation stalls at the beginning when you are unable to create a “code”. so, I am stuck, unable to even set my clock. What a bunch of nonsense! Vaultec is selling “features” that really don’t exist, so don’t be fooled by the ridiculous hype.Travelingjake

This app was made for the purpose of generating sales with “we have an app!” It’s a terrible app, it’s useless even when it works. There’s no point in having it really. Stay focused on the product and not this nonsense. The VAULTEK safe products are great.Streets1915
Works Perfectly
Didn’t experience any of the problems highlighted here. Set up was smooth. Although I don’t like the unlock pattern. Would rather have option of number combo.

Bluetooth doesn’t work
Bluetooth option disables itself after a few days and you have to manually put in code to re-enable it. So why waste your money on it. I have to enter the 7 digit code so often I have it memorized now so why bother turning it back on when it’s just going to disable in a few days. Won’t pair with Bluetooth on DS2i
I am unable to pair my phone with the safe. Bluetooth is enabled on both ends but iPhone won’t detect it. As such I can’t use it to control the safe, let alone set the timeOGPebble
