Great safe… junk app!
Seriously, why can’t VAULTEK create an app that just works with the newest safety feature? Is that too hard to ask for with such a pricey safe? Look elsewhere if considering this safe.Maui Kid
App doesn’t work.
You’ll get stuck at the “Create Your Pattern Lock” screen and will be able to continue. This renders setting the time on your “Smart Safe” impossible. Terrible engineering choice and terrible app.Bvmang
Garbage app
Just downloaded it and I can’t go very far as it’s stuck on CREATE A PATTERN LOCK. You can enter a pattern until your blue in the face and it won’t let you out of that setup!!MargaritaMike

Love the safes, hate the app
This is garbage. For starters the app isn’t even secured by the phone’s biometrics. Then I’m not sure if others have found this problem but lots of features don’t work, like, um… opening the safe with the phone, which I guess I’m ok with considering the app isn’t secured with my phone’s biometrics.Show lessVivaElToro
Disappointing
Like another review mentioned, I notice settings keep going back to default every week or so. Unlock feature goes to disabled, sound to on, light timer back to 10 seconds. Really aggravating!Webakinz r epic
