  • Can’t lock card anymore

    I can no longer control that lock and unlock functionality on my card through the app. I have to wait on the phone for 5-10 minutes trying to do it versus being able to click a button. How did an upgrade make it less convenient and take away a key feature?

    We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the "Lock Card" feature on the app. Currently, when you click the "Lock Card" button, we redirect you to call Barclays cardmember care due to limitations in their API, which doesn't support locking a card directly. You can still access the feature through the app by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting myluxurycard.com. We understand your frustration with the wait time when calling, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Additionally, you can also access this feature on myluxurycard.com, which was previously accessible through the "Account management" feature on the app. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve your experience. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Crashes on iOS 17

    I upgraded to an iPhone 15 and iOS 17, and the app crashes at launch. I reinstalled and it opened up to accept my information, but then crashed at the point where it tried opening originally.

To check for updates, open the App Store and tap on your profile icon. Scroll down to see if any updates are available for your apps. If updates are available, tap 'Update' next to the app to install the latest version. If you experience app crashes after updating to iOS 17, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the problematic app.
