I love Jollibee and would like the app to offer more customizations on the order items
I really love Jollibee and we all know they have the best fried chicken. I really wish the app was better in the way that it allowed for more customizations on menu items when ordering. For example: the only customization options they offer for the sandwiches is if you want jalapeño or not. Perhaps the online menu ordering system could be expanded to allow for more options. I think this would allow for a better customer experience, both on the app, and when customers are interacting with service staff. Thank you
