Ticketing system
Hopeless for someone without a smart phone. 3 Attempts to contact on the phone number given were unanswered. The “contact us” form is not specific to this problem and when filled and submitted gets a “cannot give you any information” response. I have attempted to create a password and log in only to be informed that no tickets are allocated to my email address despite me receiving an email quoting it from lta. I want my money back and will not be attempting to buy future tickets for lta events.

Just awful!
The LTA needs to remember that not all tennis fans are techno savvy! This is ridiculous - I’ve been trying to organise accessing my husbands tickets and getting nowhere - you have to have a certain operating system which not everyone has. So confusing!
Ticket disappears
Use this app at your peril. I downloaded it to get my tickets for Eastbourne tennis (for the finals on 25th June). Two expensive tickets were downloaded. A week later, one has disappeared, to be replace by an exclamation mark. I had not tried to forward the ticket or tampered with it in any way. There is no way to contact the ticket suppliers to get this sorted out. The LTA website doesn’t allow any direct contact either, by phone or email or otherwise. I will persevere, but no ticketing app should leave customers with no support when technical glitches steal their tickets.

I joined in 2008 & wanted to update my email address
Keep trying to write review but all went into title & now too long but can’t erase! Absolutely hopeless & total waste of time. Now won’t send. Hate you even more. Nothing in FAQs on how to update address - need it for ticket to be sent to my current address. Tried ringing LTA. Told number no longer works & to email - followed by a fast garbled message that is impossible to follow

Unnecessary
Totally agree with everything in the other review. Totally unnecessary app. Having to register with a case sensitive email address (never heard of such a thing) with a different password than the existing LTA one you bought the tickets with. Then having to close and reopen the app and faff about. Stupid!

Unnecessary App
Apple already handles seamless ticket integration, so why the need for your own app?
Making people register again, with the same email address used to register on the LTA website smacks of poor design. Even when registered, the tickets your email told me are available now are not available in the app. Compete waste of time. I suggest ditching this app and using one that works and has been properly tested, like the Apple wallet.

Ordered tickets and received an email saying they are available in the app. Itsays it’s easy to get your tickets, download the app create an account and your tickets will be there.

No link-up to website account?
What is the point of creating an app for ticketing, if I can’t sign in using my usual details on the website? Do I really need to set up an entirely new account just for the app? And that’s not to mention the apparently separate sign in needed for LTA Advantage. Sort it out - start linking these sources, and make it easier for your customers!!

Second ticket not delivered
App came out only one week before event, tickets were not pushed out to it for a day or two, and then the second seat paid for has not appeared. Acknowledged as an issue but 4 days to go and not yet resolved. Tickets bought a month ago. Software systems never work 100% from first release, needed more time to be allowed to iron out the bugs, and more information on progress would help.
