Strange trial “kinda free, but give us your money first”
I was reading comments for your app and there are several users pointed our exactly what I thought. Why or why did you use this bizarre “free trial but pay us first” subscription model. I actually know why. Because you hoped people will forget or be lazy to cancel it at least first month so you get some money anyways. But when several people pointed out the fact that is not really fair nor useful to do such subscription, instead of apologizing under each comment, just change it to a real “free 3-5-7 days trail” with subscription payment AFTER , not before.

I'm afraid this is simply how subscriptions and free trials work in the App Store and iOS. You are not charged until the trial period is over. The app sends you a push notification 2 days before the trial expires. Apple sends you an email before you are charged. If you still forget to cancel in time, you can request a refund via Apple's website. I understand you might not like it, but really this is the best we can do.Hopefully you can assign which album I could save or download immediately. -ios

Blown away
I used this camera’s connectivity feature for the first time in Mexico and was just blown away at how easy it was to download pictures right to my phone. Absolutely did not disappointAjubaby
Canon EOS 50D
I bought an older canon from eBay and, no surprise, the software is a bit dated. The canon app didn’t work and with shutter I can do selfies and download pictures!

Very limited
Seems the developers have not made any improvements on the connection issues. For me one in 3 attempts connects to the camera. Seems to align with previous comments posted up to three years ago. Really can it be so difficult to sort out wireless connectivity?
It seems ok to take still pics one the auto setting and no flash setting when this altered manually on the camera, but I can’t get it to do video, continuous shots or change to any other setting tried. The camera disconnects when it goes to sleep so leaving t the tripod for much length of time is pretty hopeless hence I am not sure it’s going to be of any use for wildlife photography.Show lessD Snead
Won’t connect
They were happy to take my money, but the camera won’t connect to my iPhone 14. No help from Support. I think I got it to connect on my own, then I was directed to look for a “shutter” folder in my Albums App and guess what? No shutter folder! A waste of time!FunLife728
