Front end broken
Used the sign up with Apple button. The app signed me up for the subscription however, I cannot gain access to the app. It keeps asking me to sign up then tells me I’m already subscribed but doesn’t let me in. I sent support an email never got a reply. I sent their instagram a message with screen recordings and screenshots of what was happening along with the app in my Apple subscriptions and they said I had no account on their end. The founder messaged me and said he’d take care of it that night and didn’t... I’m not too sure what’s going on but it seems like this app and this team still has a bit of growing to do and they shouldn’t say things to users that they can’t follow through with I was always taught to be a man of my word so I hold others to the same standards. I’d love to be able to get in and try it out but I’m not getting any response anymore from any of them.
I had my buddy try to download and sign up with his phone and his account and he’s having the same experience so I wonder if all Apple users are currently having the same issues.
