  • Constantly logs me out!

    Okay so imagine this scenario: I was having problems with Wi-Fi, so I needed to check the status of things in my Vilo devices, but I couldn't do that because it logged me out, but I couldn't log in because of the connectivity problem and the fact that the Vilo app logs into their servers instead of our routers! 🤦🏼‍♂️ THIS IS REALLY SHORT-SIGHTED! Stop logging me out! I don't need to enter my password EVERY TIME! Easily 4 or 5 stars once this major problem is fixed!

  • Do not get this product unless you want daily factory resets (not just restart the wifi)

    The only way to restart the wifi (which you have to do multiple times a day) is using the app which needs wifi, and you can only restart it when it’s working properly so when the box is down and blinking red you can’t restart it cause it doesn’t read the box as there, overall terrible shouldn’t need wifi to get your wifi to start working, and should be able to restart it with the restart button when you have wifi

  • Should be able to block apps

    I want to be able to block apps too not just websites

    Is the Vilo hardware any good? You’ll never know because the app is terrible and you can’t get connected.

  • No Port-Forward options

    Initially I gave this a 1 star review because it couldn’t connect to my Vili mesh, but after a factory reset it works.
    The advanced settings are hidden in the three dots in the top right corner from the main screen which is really confusing. I had to call my ISP to find them. Would be better if this was in the main UI. Also after setting up port forwarding you have to restart the connection on the connected device. If you’re plugged in via cable that’s really irritating. Most routers do this automatically.
    3 stars. Functional, but not intuitive.

  • 3 Vilo router bookends

    Vilo iPhone app will not connect to computer dashboard. Vilo router install is through the iPhone app Since the iPhone app say my email address is invalid it will not link to Vilo dashboard on my computer with my email address & password Catch 22 = 3 un-installable Vilo routers that make poor expensive book ends.

  • New app version lost my network

    I updated to the latest Vilo app (1.0.127) and I no long have access to my network configuration. It is asking to add all my vilo’s as if it was new. My iPad is still on the older version (1.0.104) and doesn’t have any issues.
