Parental control is awful
This feature has never worked correctly through the different versions. I almost always have to manually disable or enable the wifi. This defeats the purpose of scheduling. Overnight hours entered are also not reflecting as entered, eg 12:30a to 3:00a becomes 12:30a to 3:00a (next day). Very frustrating. The lower price point is not worth the bugginess. I’m prepared to pay more for something that works the way it’s supposed to.Show lessAnonWTFUser
It’s a piece.
The app can’t complete simple tasks without error messages. I simply unplugged it and it stopped working and I couldn’t even submit a support ticket, restart the router or upgrade the firmware.. or the app. FIX IT PLEASEPandora is failing
Help - Please fix your App
I upgraded to the latest firmware and latest iPhone App and now the dashboard will not connect in the app and the app is not usable. It was so good before. Please fix it like it was before.rcbisme
