Vacuum died
I was in love with this vacuum cleaner but from one moment to another it stopped working, I did the updates and everything but when I start it, it immediately turns off completely I already wrote to the support but I do not receive a responseMelanie Navarro
Battery died after 8 months
Love the vacuum however the battery just quit holding a charge one day. Am waiting for support to review my information and video they requested. I really hope this is just a bad battery. The vacuum will still turn on if on the charging port.Usually good.

Dear Customer, We're so sorry for any trouble caused. Password should be a 6-20 character mix of letters and numbers, cannot be numbers or letters only, and cannot contain symbols.No funciona!!!

Super user friendly, easy to navigate with lots of nice little features. Only complaint I have is that the app struggles to calculate the wear and replace time on parts of the robot it stays at 100%Mac200620092007
