Setup not User friendly
I made the mistake of switching internet providers 6 months ago, and have not had a working doorbell camera since. The navigation on the device is impossible along with a separate app which is needed for some reason. I called customer service and the tech nearly fell asleep on me when attempting help. I told him I will call back. Had to have a service tech come out to help. I guess if I opted for the device with a monthly payment, I may not be writing this. I understand now why they have a free option.Show lessHate that we had to do a 3 year commitment!!
I feel like companies that force you into a long term contract is because they know their product and services are below average. Not happy at all with products or services. Can’t wait to get out of this contract. Will be recommend or use and will start people away from using them.Ehhh
Have had this security system for a year now and we’ve always had issues with it. Camera is never punctual, takes forever to load and the lock never ever ever seems to work when trying to lock and unlock on the app and also when trying to unlock in person. Thank goodness the garage doesn’t give us that much of a hard time. Battery is always low even when my husband re charges it. It is so frustrating and also, what’s the point of it if it won’t pick up on accurate movements and give you alerts of anything when it happens right there in the moment. We’re so disappointed.Show less
