Unreliable company
I had a reservation with Liigu for half a year and they canceled my reservation a day before I was supposed to leave without warning. Terrible company. Terrible app.Developer Response

They will charge you a deposit of $1600 without your knowledge and steal your money. I had a two day rental with minimal driving and they would not give my deposit back. They should be sued and shut down as a company. It’s a scam.Developer Response

Absolute SCAM - do not trust. They cancelled my booking WHEN I LANDED because my photo ID upload “did not meet their requirements” and they charged me £100 to do so!!! Then I had to pay £300 for an airport taxi!! I don’t think they ever had a car for me - just a total rip off.Developer Response

After reviewing your booking, we found that the photo of the driver's license provided was a photo of a photo, rather than the physical license itself. Unfortunately, we cannot accept this, as specified in our photo requirements. We have refunded your deposit in full. However, since the payment for the car rental was made to the broker VIP Cars, we recommend contacting them directly regarding the rental cost, as they have their own cancellation policies.
