Horrible

Terrible website terrible app and why when my order says its 400 they call me and say $700 like what?

Love the app BUT
Itโ€™s impossible to print or view labels

App will not open since last update.

Unable to open the app since the last couple updates. Crashes as it tries to open.

Product labels SDS canโ€™t scroll or zoom

New version canโ€™t zoom into labels or scant scroll to the 2nd page of an SDS document. These are important aspects of researching products. Please fix!

Crashes on startup

iPhone 7 Plus, version 15.8.2, crashes on startup. App is unusable. Please fix.

Zoom into the labels

It is difficult to look at the label when you click on it. You are going to need to have binoculars too look at them. Can someone please fix ? Great app

Glitchy

When scrolling on the fertilizer page, the app takes you back to the top. Very glitchy

Terrible

How in the world am I supposed to shop your products when I canโ€™t even scroll down a page? Trying to find something that SiteOne has on the app is infuriating.

Update crashes app

The latest app update, 6.51, causes the app to crash while it is trying to open.

App does not work

Tried to set up an account so I can check inventory (I canโ€™t ever reach them by phone). App will not accept my email address as valid. I got by that by giving them a secondary email, which I do not monitor. It lists my nearest branches as Oklahoma locations (I am in mid-TN, and there are 2 branches within a 30min drive of my house).
SiteOne is generally hard to deal with and extremely expensive, and their app seems to be part & parcel. Iโ€™m pretty much just giving up on them altogether.
