No confidence
I enter the app and it tells me to download the app that I just used to access site one. Then it asks to use my location which it does no matter how I answer 4-5 times. It never remembers my login even though I check the box for it to remember. I like accessing product prices but have never placed an order. If I have to jump through hoops just to log in, then I have no confidence that my order will go through.

Like the app, makes it easy to order products. App crash fixed.

Worked for a while but now every time I open the app it crashes.
Never works correctly
App never works correctly, typically when searching it times out and says “warning: something went wrong” and then it has to be restarted. We just call the local branch if we want something now.
Loading
I do like the app as I can order and find products needed. What I don’t love is trying to open the app. I feel like it I’m back to AOL dialup trying to get things to load 😑
Horrendous
The app is terrible. The main problem, the “ordering” functionality does not work. The employees, whom I like, are beyond frustrated.
When you place an order through the app, one of two things happens:
1. You get confirmation, but the order actually just disappears. You show up to pick up the goods, and you have to redo the entire order.
2. The order goes through, but the store has to re-enter the entire order.
It’s all a massive waste of time, especially when you’re sending your contractors to pick up the goods, and they have to deal with this.
My guys have gotten so frustrated that we’re moving to a different company.
Another issue: for an item, show which store it’s available, like Home Depot. Rather than having to “switch stores” every time.
The app is just poor and far behind the times.

Lacking
This app is still lacking. Considering it is used on individual phones, I should not have to constantly sign in and the remember me feature just never works.
SiteOne Landscaping App
The new SiteOne App was long coming but we finally have access to ordering supplies in our hands. It performs well and is easy to get around.
