    Don’t do it! We’re 2 for 2 on our bids. Both products state brand new. One package was opened and we knew what we were expecting so we caught it before we left the building. We were refunded. The other package looked great, the picture on the box was the product so we didn’t inspect it. Got it home and instead of my pool aluminum lounge chairs, I got some sort of a cabinet that is missing parts, hardware and instructions. I don’t even think I can piece together what we got to resemble anything. And because we left the building… sorry. No refund of my $110. What a scam. People should be ashamed of themselves.

  • You can get deals but it’s a mess

    First, the hours are terrible. Not opening until noon and only have 3 days to pick something up makes it incredibly hard to even use this place. Also, the App Store hours never line up to the warehouse. Says it opens at 9am but when I get there, only plus members can pick stuff up and it opens to the public at noon. Didn’t say that anywhere on the app house and I had to drive 40 minutes to get there just to be refused at the door. Will not be using this place again.

  • NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

    While I was bidding on a auction which only had 8 sec. then it went back to 3 min it did this 2 times I do not recommend wasting your time on this app. I have also had my items not found they say they give you a full refund if they do not find your item within 4 days it has been more than 4 days. Since I have brought the missing item to their attention I am still waiting on my refund BidFTA. If you say you will give a full refund if the item is not found within 4 days then you should give the customer the full refund. I also got solar lights that after I received them all of them where broken. I understand they’re a get what you get type deal but really BidFTA. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE.
