So easy to use!

Ive been using this app since my company implemented it a couple of months ago. It is very easy to use, in a couple of clicks I can book a desk. I can see the available desks on a floormap, book quiet spaces for when im on calls and I can also reserve parking spaces! The new features to create a team and see the calendar of who is in the office are very helpful!

Single App works great!

Love the ability to book any space on my phone. I always forget to book a space so have to do it on the train and this helps!

App doesn’t load and stuck after login

Past few days having trouble accessing the app and it just stuck at loading( Blue dot) after sign in.

Poor experience

Worked the first few times. Then had to delete and reinstall the app to check in.

Doesn’t work

Required to delete and reinstall the app every day this week in order to get it to work

Support is woeful

The app, when it works, does what it needs to.
But since the latest update, login results in a white screen.
The only help available is the equivalent “switch it an switch it off again”.
If you don’t provide effective support when the app does not work, the app itself becomes useless.

Does not work most of the time

Randomly decided to show me page to select default options (country, location,office etc) which are optional but there is no way to proceed.

The country drop down shows no country so you can’t really do anything. I wonder if this app goes through any basic testing.

App is Trash

This app is trash. It’s been 4 weeks since the update that destroyed my ability to check in to the spaces that I reserved. I can’t book anymore as well.

Buggy and poorly maintained

App has a lot of usability issues, I don’t think they ever watched a real user trying to use it. Right my app is broken where every thing fails, including the logout.

Only works 10% of the time

Unreliable app.
Stick to desktop.
