Easy to use…. If stayed logged in

I really like this app as it is nice and simple to booked desks as well as check in. I have recently enabled to auto check in function, however there is a flaw in this process. In order to auto check in I must be logged into the app and every time I close the app it logs me out, this then means in order to “auto check in” I need to log in first meaning the app is becoming more and more redundant.

Infested with bugs

User permissions in app does not align with desktop site and solutions are provided as website hacks on desktop version

Simply dreadful App. So frustrating being forced to use this by my employer. Endless problems and hurdles to jump over, hoops to jump through. Driving me insane. And trying to get help from anyone at work including an App Administrator a complete joke. Truly horrible experience

Your app has a bug, it wont change the date in lower left corner. So in order for me to check in my desk i need to close the app reopen it date will change and i can check in.

Disappointing when it cannot get even the basics right.

There are several issues I’ve encountered with the app, both technical and design flaws.

Most worrying is that the recent update has not allowed me to check in for my desk and losing my booking because of this. The check in button no longer appears in the morning and I lose my bookings regularly without realising. The only solution is to access the website. Why have an app when it cannot do the basics of the website right?

Secondly, the layout of the bookings is really unintuitive. You are given a long list of calendar dates, which have no relevant information, and the most practical display comes up when you need to book something. I want the calendar view always displayed, not only when I book a desk. It would be more practical to see the calendar rather than a list of dates which doesn’t help at all. Yes it is nice to see who is in on that date, but it could work on a calendar view too.

Also, most companies do not work on weekends. Why display the days of the weekend? Take them out or allow users to choose not to see them.

Terrible

Never been more frustrated with an app before, never a good experience, have to sign in and is a QR code easier to go to internet site. App is garbage.

why this new condeco app is not working but the old desk app is working on my iphone?

i tried to login and just got a blank screen with a running circle continuing on my iphone.

i tried on the old version desk app and it works for me on iphone.

i also tried login via my computer all working.

certain this new version app seems got some issue.
