  • Expenses day Settled but payment never arrived

This is the second time that the app shows expenses have been settled but there is no email showing the payment came through, and the funds never arrived.

The first payment said it was made through Zelle. No email came to confirm that payment was actually being sent, and the second time it is Venmo, exact same scenario. How does onward handle payments through services like these which should hit the other parents account immediately? With the bank transactions, I received an email confirming the payment was made and should arrive in xx days time. When I reached out to customer support they told me that I’d have to follow up with Zelle if the payment never came through. . Clearly the integration with these services is not working well and has some bugs which need to be fixed.

I also am unable to find where to add or change my payment account after setting up the app.

  • So far so good!

Was excited to try this app to hold my ex accountable for our child. So far it seems quick and easy. Some reviews mention the app is Free but there is a monthly yearly fee that is a bit pricy so if you do all the work in the app and you don’t continue using it. You lose the expense detail.
  • Good App but needs a few Improvements

I really like the idea of being able to track and share expenses with a co-parent without needing a full blown communication app. But there are a few things that would make it so much easier. In PA, the custodial parent (who has them the most) is required to pay the first $250 before bills are split. So I STILL have to track the amounts in a separate spreadsheet to know when the 50/50 split begins

I also wish there was a way to export the individual expenses as a pdf that included the images. And same but as a whole using the filters. I need to provide other parent monthly expenses and need the proof - would be nice to be able to export and email. He refuses to get the app but I want it for tracking and because it’s court admissible. I’d love to be able to filter to one child and send all related expenses by date order. The only export all lumped together with links to photos - and other parent isn’t so excel/tech saavy to know what to even do with that. Plus I am not sure if the links open to view the image in the excel export if you do not have the app installed.

  • Life changing app. Love it

I was previously using Excel and having a hard time keeping up with expenses for our kiddo. This app has really saved me a bunch of time calls etc. so easy!!!
  • Great for expenses!

I love that this makes it easy to keep track of expenses! Even if I know the other parent might not actually pay, it is nice to keep track. Also, I love how easy it is!! Also free!!!! Thank you!!
  • THIS APP IS WORTH EVERY PENNY

We recently had to go back to court, and the way things are organized and exported (and continually updated!) made my lawyers so happy! When my ex tried to say one thing, being able to pull up the information and prove what actually happened was a huge win!
  • Awesome app

It’s been so helpful with my ex husband
  • Great for Co-parenting

No matter what your co-parenting situation is, this app will make calculating expense splits easy, and convenient. I highly recommend it!!
  • Convenient and Easy

This app makes it super easy to keep up with shared expenses as well as accounting of what you have spent per child. Def helps keep parents on the same page and organized.
  • Great so far

Easy to use and track expenses. Wish it would require you to add a receipt or proof of cost to add an expense but I guess that’s not right for everyone. Will definitely continue to use. Love this app and can’t remember any issues with performance either.
