They don’t know what they are doing. Froze my account
“Suspicious activity”.
To add insult to injury not only did they freeze it midday on a Saturday my busiest time.
Their support is not open over the weekend.
I then contacted them to give them a second chance and get it working again.
They then wanted some ridiculous things to verify again.
I have been in business for 10 years and never heard of any of this.
Business license.
Proof of my internet presence
A bank statement but they are sending the money to the same business account. That I signed up with.
Customer invoices
Supplier invoices.
Who do they think they are. HMRC!
Square, izettle, sum up have never asked for any of this. I Have used square for 8 years.
