They don’t know what they are doing. Froze my account
“Suspicious activity”.
To add insult to injury not only did they freeze it midday on a Saturday my busiest time.
Their support is not open over the weekend.
I then contacted them to give them a second chance and get it working again.
They then wanted some ridiculous things to verify again.
I have been in business for 10 years and never heard of any of this.
Business license.
Proof of my internet presence
A bank statement but they are sending the money to the same business account. That I signed up with.
Customer invoices
Supplier invoices.
Who do they think they are. HMRC!
Square, izettle, sum up have never asked for any of this. I Have used square for 8 years.
Bye Lopay. Terrible service, terrible app.

We're really sorry to hear you had an issue with your bluetooth card reader and it took an hour to resolve. Currently we have light support at weekends but we are working to extend this to full support soon - both calls and emails/in-app chat.
Would this work on a Samsung phone?
