Tap to Pay Extra Charges !!
Hi. I was thinking about if LoPay accepts Tap to Pay facility on Iphone it will be great. And i have made a request on here and short period of time Lopay added that facility to payment options. It was great response from the Company. But I have checked my breakdown fees on the app and I really disappointed when i saw £0.08 additional fee per transaction after 15 days free period. Its awful really. I have decided to not use “Tap to Pay” and warn to others….

Much better than sumup
I used this primarily because it’s so much cheaper & easier than sumup or square. Occasionally it doesn’t take the payment which is fine if the customer sticks around. There doesn’t seem to be an answer except deleting the app & faffing about a bit with the settings then it’s back on track. Support is quick & helpful

Going Lopay from Zettle
The idea of cheap fees is certainly very enticing, maybe some of this is down to acclimatising, but I found the interface to be slow and the speed of transaction approval is also slightly slower.
Frequently, I also find that I have to go through several steps to get the card reader to reconnect to my phone.
In summary, the product is good, but the hardware and software needs polishing.

Wisepad 3 card reader
The service is good and prompt but you have to switch the card reader on and off manually. If you don’t then you have to charge it up every day. I was using SumUp before and the card reader switched on automatically when you put a payment through so the battery lasts a very long time mostly over a month before you need to charge it again.

Great little reader
Used the Lopay reader for a few months now very easy to use
the online help service is brilliant if you have any issues they sort them within minutes

Receipt Printing
This is a great app and the company has some of the lowest processing rates on the market. I wish, however they would fix the bug which would allow your company name to appear on printed receipts (logo/branding would be a bonus!) otherwise it would have a perfect five stars.
Amazing app
As the first starter, I didn't know who shall I go with one of my cousins told me about lopay. I didn't believe what he said about. I have been using since Christmas eve I find lopay is amazing. Good service low percentage. Even though I have referred my friends and family they are using now. I will 100% recommend my friends family and colleagues to use lopay

Just downloaded the app and used it for the first time after being told how easy it was. I was as Sceptical as ever but all done in literally a few minutes and received my first payment a few hours later using my phone.

I first used a card machine for work 5 years back, it was 3.75% with next day in bank.
Then 3 years back moved to iZettle due to low fees.
I like iZettle and the app but of late , I was fed up with the 2-3 days for it to clear in my bank.
Someone recommended Lopay, what did I have to loose?
Set up app , order machine, took payments and next day before 9am money is in my account.
Low fees are great , good to know Lopay take off their fees before you get what is owed.
I like the sale grid too (this is extra)

Fantastic
Been using lopay for a couple of months now and to say I’m impressed is an understatement payment in my bank before my customers leave my taxi couldn’t recommend LoPay enough
