Small issue
I’m a taxi driver, I’ve been using “Lopay” for just over a month and very pleased with it although I’ve had a couple of instances where the customer has scanned his card but Lopay has taken over 5 minutes to authenticate and eventually times out and asked for the customers card to be inserted, obviously by that time the customer has left and so I’ve lost the payment, luckily not a big fate both times.
I WAS in a low signal area so I can only assume that was the problem. I use it everyday and 99% of the time it’s brilliant. Far better than SumUp

Happy so far
I have been using it for a couple of months now and not had a single issue, I was using square beforehand to take payments and only changed over because the reader is far superior, only drawback I have found so far is that I can’t take payments over the phone when customers call me to make a payment for work I’ve carried out. Could also do with a review feature or link on the receipt to leave a review of service’s used.

Best payment system
Been using lopay for a few weeks now and it is the best payment system I’ve used.
The app gives you a breakdown of payment/fees etc immediately after a transaction and they pay exactly when they say they will, immediately into your account or 9am the next day.
With my other provider I never even know what day I will receive payment let alone what time.
The app is a pleasure to use even for someone not so tech savvy like myself.
I sent some feedback to the team about not having a tipping option (which now there is!) and Lucinda got back to me straight away.. I emailed my other provider once and never got a response.
Communication is key in any business partnership in my opinion.
I just hope now that lopay get approved by TfL and I can get the card reader fitted in a fixed cradle in the back of my taxi and it would be perfect.

Lo pay = quick pay
With lo pay same day payout I now don’t have a cash flow problem of a weekend because waiting for other card machines to payout when you take money on a Thursday or Friday is now not a problem…even pays out on weekends and bank holidays. Saved mySocial life ttt gooner
Faultless
I can only say good things about my experience with Lopay so far. The system works brilliantly, is as cheap and as quick as it claims, and the customer service is second to none. I made a request for a feature change, and the change was made and the update released within 48 hours. Superb.
Easy to use
System is easy to set up and use. Card machine and app are responsive and quick. Customer services have also been easy to reach and good to deal with.
