    When I click the recommended self care tasks. It logs out.
  • So incredibly worth it!!!

    I only started using this app because of the constant reminder on @the_happy_broadcast’s page. I finally decided to give it a try and oh. my. gosh. It’s great! I’ve finally found an app that lets me work on good habits, practice meditation, etc without having to pay money or go through long (and frankly boring) “how are you feeling today? Really?” questions. It’s a good and honest app and I highly recommend it to anybody looking to work on their mental health.

    This app is a really great start for people who are wanting to get into journaling. It helps to set the habit of getting on and thinking about your day. And although they have a premium option I don’t believe that it prohibits you from being successful on the app.
  • App Idea is Great but Interface is Broken

    Constantly being logged out when I attempt to do one of the activities has driven me to not use this app. This needs to be fixed for it to be completely usable.
    Overall, I love the premise and look of the app. It can be fantastic when the kinks are fixed. I’ll change my review when these bugs are squashed!

    I love the idea of this app so far but why does it close out and request a code from my email every day? It’s super tedious and makes me not want to use the app.

    This app is so colorful & inspiring to use. It’s easy to navigate. It keeps me accountable to small tasks that help me feel good and make an uplifting difference in my life. I’ve recommended it to so many people. Two thumbs up!
  • i loved it!

    anytime i use mental help apps i delete them very quickly because they don’t help, but i love this one! I love seeing what other people are replying to about the daily reflection! and the anxiety free news is also great!
    The one problem i have is when i click the second recommended item, no matter what it is, it immediately logs me out.
    But that’s just a bug so i won’t worry too much about it
  • Love this app, small suggestion

    Hi! Thank you for bringing a bit of positivity to the world that so desperately needs it. A small suggestion for the app: I wish that some of the “Read More” buttons on the little articles wouldn’t open Instagram and would instead be readable in the app itself. One of the main things I’m doing for my mental health is staying off social media (especially Instagram), and it’s hard when the app opens directly to Instagram. Thank you so much!
  • Incredible self care app!!

    I usually never use self care apps, they don't usually work for me. But this app is literally perfect for my mind and the way it works! It's not obsessive or invasive about changing your entire life, instead it takes things slow. Seeing people and what they're grateful for during their day is a really cool idea and really helps me unwind on something other than tiktok and instagram. If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. Definitely recommend !!
