    This is the first habit builder that I’ve used that actually gets me to do the habits. The reminders are super helpful and the activities are helpful.
  • Quite enjoyable

    I’ve tried countless similar apps but never stuck with them. I like the format and flow. Asking to gauge happiness and then journaling about it. I like the community piece but think it should be more key to the product. Getting feedback, high fives, or sympathy from the community is motivating and supportive.
  • Like or Not Like?

    I found this app by searching for a Mood Tracker & Journal app that you could track your moods but also share about your day. I came upon this app in my App Store and I didn’t even click to review the app or to find out what exactly the app was, I just downloaded it! I’m so glad that I did because not only is this app a Mood Tracker its also about 10 other things that you can benefit from!
    I would give this app the full amount of stars but you cant delete any of your entries after you have hit the “done or finished button!!” It aggravates me because the first few times that I used the app I ended up messing up badly and put everything in the wrong spot and now it will not allow me to delete the mistakes! Im stuck looking at my mistakes!!
    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ADD A DELETE OPTION!!??
    Other than the view small issues I mentioned, I absolutely LOVE this app! It great for people who have mental health issues: depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc; however, for us that struggle with OCD it’s hard not being able to delete your mistakes 🤣🤣

    I downloaded it and went through the tutorial and I entered my email but it didn’t send me the code so I couldn’t do anything

  • A good concept

    It’s a fun little app. I definitely could see how it could help others stick with their task and reflect more on their emotions which could definitely help towards feeling better. I would like to see where it goes in the near future. Maybe tips for a healthy lifestyle that could potentially improve someone’s life, whether it is healthy food ideas or other lifestyles changes.

  • Early stages

    A great start to this app! Graphics are pleasing to the eye, app is simple and easy to figure out, and they have great unique habits to choose from.
    A couple notes:
    • it would be nice to be able to delete the “completion” of a habit when you’ve accidentally said you’ve completed it
    • it would also be nice to check off habits for past days/be able to edit the time
    • I don’t think there are enough moods to choose from, there should at least be an option to fill in your own
    • upset that I can’t use whatever the calendar function is and can only have six habits, but I understand you need money to keep this app going
