  • Phenomenal instruction

I live in rural community and my gym only offers class Mon-Wed. This app allows me to train 5-6 days a week when I want on top of my normal training days. The courses are broken down as if you’re actually on the ATOS mats. Easy to follow along with if you’re just looking to get some extra instruction or training with a teammate on your own time. Definitely recommend.

  • Great content

Masterful instruction and well structured programmes
  • The best app BJJ

Fantastic I enjoy and learn a lot 100% recommend. You going to update your BJJ OSs
  • Powerful Content

Of all the instructional, subscriptions, or membership apps I’ve seen, Atos BJJ On Demand offers the best content. There are techniques instructional, interviews, growth challenges and engagement that I’ve never seen elsewhere. Whether you train at an Atos academy or not, it doesn’t matter, Professor Galvao and others give their very best on this app.

  • Fun way to learn & digestable

I’m a blue belt and I have John Danaher’s escapes video via BJJ fanatics as I need to sharpen my sloppy technique. Danaher is a very cerebral guy and explains concepts very well. Yet the videos cover a lot of material that’s hard for me to digest unless I intentionally break up the segments.

I like the Atos app because Galvao and his crew make the videos long enough to understand but they break up the concepts into manageable chunks. I’ve only had the app for a couple of days but I enjoy the vlogs and watching the sparring just as much which I think helps break up constantly having my brain working overtime while still allowing me to learn.

My only gripe is once I bought the Danaher videos, I own them outright without having to continue paying a subscription. I do think I can download from the ATOS app but I haven’t done that yet.

  • The best - sahara

This is the best Jiu-Jitsu school ever. The training is soo fun and hard with the professors teaching amazing moves this is the best BJJ school ever!! I love how when I switched Jiu-Jitsu schools they welcomed me to the gym! I get the hardest training and amazing privet lessons with coach Arther! They are competitive and perfect for professional athletes and/or hardworking athletes! My parents and me made a great choice when I moved to Atos! This is the greatest decision I made!

  • Atos Bjj

The content in these videos is excellent and very well described about the details and different situations that occur. As a head instructor at a small town academy, my body knows Jiu Jitsu without thinking of how to explain it, but I study the videos and then I learn how to communicate better to my students on what exactly we’re doing and why we do it! I appreciate all the videos for sure and next time I’m in San Diego I will be stopping by for some training!
