Perfect Resource!
There are many online resources to help with jiujitsu but sometimes it’s difficult to find one that complements my abilities and gym schedule. This resource has been perfect for me. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The video content is relevant for all ages and experience levels. I’ve been drilling with my son at home, following the instructionals, and it’s been truly helping me on the mats at the gym. It’s not just the high level, detailed instruction.
