Best BJJ APP
I’ve tried a few BJJ apps/programs/videos and this is by far the best I’ve seen. It is constantly being updated with real-time relevant podcasts, techniques, pointers and curriculum taught by world class people and grapplers. My kids love watching the kids portion of ATOS BJJ on Demand, there’s excellent sparring, training and drilling content available for them.
