This Is The Jiu-jitsu App You’ve Been Looking For
There is so much content in the ondemand portion, I won’t be able to get through it in a lifetime. The videos are high quality with excellent sound of the instructors voice. There are videos from so many great instructors that it provides varied perspectives. I did supplement the ondemand portion with a few choice courses that I wanted to work on to get a deeper understanding of a particular topic, but it’s definitely not necessary since ondemand has so much content. For the price, I can’t recommend this enough.Show lessSD_Mikey

Atos on Demand is amazing, I’ve tried lots of different online learning platforms for Jiu Jitsu but Atos on Demand stands head and shoulders above them all. This app has been a game changer for me. It allows me to understand the intricacies of the move at my own pace.
