No photo share or save option

There is no way to save a photo to your phone, short of taking a screenshot. There is no option to share a photo via text message etc. I have Spartan cameras and Stealth Cam and they both have this option. I don't understand how Bushnell could make this oversight.

Frustrating app

The app isn’t recognizing when I view the new pics. The number of new pics next to the app logo just keeps going up and up. And up. And up.

When I called customer service I got a real person!!!

I was on hold for 30 seconds and a real live person answered and was very helpful!

Pretty decent

Pretty decent app. User experience is a bit clunky in a few situations but overall not bad. Clunky meaning it takes a few steps or drills to do certain things. I like that I can select multiple photos, and would LOVE if I could select multiple and tag them with the same set of tags. Tags is a good feature for organizing a lot of photos kind of annoying to have to tag each one (if the auto tag doesn’t get it right).

Thank you for the feedback! We assume you are using a Cellucore 20 camera. With this camera we have removed the PIR settings to reduce the number of images taken during windy days or etc. We are considering the live trigger function like we had on the impulse cameras. Alerts

My app will not clear the alerts even though I have looked at every picture. Frustrating to see 200+ photo notifications that will not go away. 😡

Pretty useless

The description says you can access cameras and perform several tasks…but you can’t access cameras at all. You can register your camera and sign up for a subscription plan but that’s it. To access cameras you have to go to the website and sign in with your email and password. Not sure what good the app really is.

Stay CLEAR of Bushnell Game Cameras

I've reached out to Bushnell MULTIPLE times and they've ignored me each time.

CelluCore20 is TRASH. Despite being set to send pics immediately (cell signal shows good, fresh batteries) it sends pics whenever or feels like it - sometimes days later. I can't get Bushnell to stand behind their product

Also - in my subscription (which I'll be cancelling) or clearly states I get video downloads. Once they updated the app in Nov 2021 - I get an error EVERY time I try to. Getting Hi Res images takes DAYS

If you like things that don't work and don't want the manufacture to stand by their product - maybe it's the right product and app for you.

Just a complete waste of money and time

Thank you for your feedback. We are working diligently to fix these issues that you are reporting. However, the CelluCore 20 does not allow to send videos from the device to the app. This is a limitation of the camera. Please call our help desk and we will be happy to walk you through trouble shooting the camera or replacing it. Our number is 1-800-423-3537

The number of pictures on the app icon just keep going up even after opening the app and viewing pictures. Also after opening the app it shows I have one notification but when clicking on it says there is nothing.

This “new” app is terrible!

I have tried every suggestion from the company to enlarge a picture so I can see it. This new app has such tiny pictures on the tablet and on the phone no fun to use anymore.

We have been a bushnell fan for years and the camera was easy to set up but please go back to the old app!
