Buggy interface
Cannot pick a valid password no matter what.
Still some glitches
1). I am not able to link family’s bill results anything of that sort. Keep saying “error” when link account is pressed.
2) should be able to copy insurance card , ID, phone number, address to different members of the family. But now you have to enter EVERY TIME. SO ANNOYING
When searching for pharmacy and you have e the location tuned on and you put zip code it shows you pharmacies 5-7 miles away. Such a weird.

App retains info but can’t use it
The app seems to open fine, but I try to do things like favorite (heart) my local urgent care, link medical records, etc and I just get ‘error’.
At a place where you already have to enter the same thing ten times in the span of five minutes in a mobile form and paper forms, I’d love if the app info could be used but I don’t know. It’s not clear why the app retains my and my family’s info if I have to redo it when I go in.

Trash app
Constant crashes and “request timeout” errors both in WiFi and 5G. Defeats the purpose of having the app if you just end up having to submit the information in person.
Love the concept
If the app didn’t crash so much and when testing my device for a virtual visit I didn’t receive and error message I’d love the app, it worked the first time I used it and after that nope
More than 1
Can’t figure out how to add more than 1 kids. I have 2 4 and 17 year old and it will not let me add them on one account because they say they are minors yes Minors I am their parent who is taking care of them. Also the wait to speak to a doctor is just as worst as doing a walk in the emergency. They take so long to call back if you have a emergency or you may feel if it is a emergency. My sons was running fever and I didn’t want to bring them in the hospital because I know they would give them Tylenol and say give them fluids. How I know because my recent visit that is what happen. No test no nothing just Tylenol and give them fluids. So I didn’t want to wait up their for that. All I needed was the amount of dose to give for their fever of 104. I even stated their ages and temp and one lady had the option to skip to see if she wanted then case and we had to wait for another person to take up. Then all night it was doctors are dealing with emergency room patients

What a great experience!
Sue the MA, and Letha the NP are super! Great personalities and so nice and eager to help and take care of you. My visit was so easy and quick, and yes it was my first visit. Being new here I have found where I am going for my medical needs. Thank you ladies!

This app is absolute trash. I’m trying to complete my registration and if you don’t click on the down arrow, the screen freezes and you can’t do anything and then you have to cancel and restart the whole process. Even if I click on the down arrow for certain tabs is still does that.
Fix this garbage app. This is northwell health right? You’re a mega corporation that employs more people in New York than anybody? Good, so get some good app makers.

Couldn’t read test results
What a terrible app. I downloaded it when I needed a recent COVID PCR test and I wanted to see the results in real time. It notified me almost every minute that I had a test result but the app indicated that I didn’t have any test results ready. (I went to the location to get a paper copy instead). The app continued to send me push notifications throughout the day which I couldn’t delete. I turned off the push notifications in the app and it still sent them. I deleted the app for piece of mind.
