Full of bugs and bad customer service!

The product is full of bugs and underdeveloped; they need much more time before they get their house in order. After being pre-approved and told by Experian I had a high approval rate, I applied for an account. The account was opened with £10K limit, which seemed normal, I was then shortly after told by the customer support team with an unprofessional message saying that the system had bugs. It was a mistake; therefore, they had to reduce the credit limit by 93%, which is a joke as I have a 6 figure limit with other lenders.

Scam Alert!

**Scam Alert!!**

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this credit card. The benefits are virtually non-existent, and to make matters worse, they have been adding interest charges twice. Over the past six months, I have found multiple discrepancies in my monthly statements. Despite pointing this out to three different customer service representatives, the charges have still not been reversed.

This either indicates a scam or gross incompetence on their part. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this credit card at all costs.

My advice

Guys, when I was looking for credit card in my Experian I see who give me Approval and the result it show me yonder Approval in the beginning after when you give them all your details details with the selfie picture and my document and my bank details they reject After then, I write for them. I’m not happy. What do you do guys so I tell them remove from your system all my details and they said for me, it’s up to them if they want to keep it or remove it

Love it and recommend it

First credit card that actually works for me to an extend I'm paying a monthly fee. Everything about Yonder is great: fantastic sign-on experience, outstanding customer support through app and through Slack channel, premium looking card, lots of passive benefits coming with card (insurance, AVIS 30% discount etc) and of course the curated experiences which I use A LOT. Long story short - I love it and recommend it.

Highly recommend! Amazing way to explore London

Not a great start

I’ve tried to submit the application but it doesn’t work, was told to log out and try again but now it says there’s already an account… but there isn’t one, every time I get put back to the application screen it just gives me errors and the tabs don’t work to go to the next section

Wow, great

They pre-approved me then rejected me based on ‘other borrowing and other factors’…I have NO other borrowing and no debt other than the mortgage payment that they ‘pre-approved’. OK, maybe they’re after people who will pay interest/default etc, Maybe they misread the info. So, I emailed back…I explained my situation in more detail, never expecting a reply. But, they looked again and gave me the card. I’m blown away; there’s real people here you can talk to making decisions. I’m in. Love it. Rachel was brilliant and communicative, I’d given her 5 stars even when I thought I’d been rejected but she actually looked again and took the time to make another decision.

Somewhat deceptive application

Not for entrepreneurs or business owners operating as sole traders, no matter your income! Avoid. Please update the app to reflect this. Despite letting you waste your time submitting an application, sending in income verification documents and the like, they told me they’re being “conservative” and no accepting applications from sole traders. That’s their business decision, but it’s disingenuous for them to not say that sooner in the process before harvesting the user data submitted. I would suggest sticking with the rewards cards they’re trying to “disrupt,” as at least they have clear application processes.

I’m not normally fussed about writing reviews, but felt the process with Yonder was really disappointing UX—not because they declined me (honestly, not sure I need another card, though the rewards system seemed unique) but because they knew the answer before they asked me for all the information I submitted including market research data about where I learned about them. It seems they’re intentionally wasting time given such a small tweak to their app would make it so I wouldn’t have had to go through this whole process.

Absolutely stunning - What can I say?

The Yonder Card is a piece of art. The benefits this account brings mixed with the unique app user interface mixed in with the newer features like open banking, direct bank transferring all makes this a masterpiece. I can’t wait to use this card more and more for my dining needs 😍

Doesn’t disappoint!

The app and card are great experience all round, a very well put together package.

They seem to have nailed each stage of the process: the experiences are wide ranging and great fun, the chat feature on the app works really well (someone is online to talk to you in seconds), and the metal card is a nice touch.
