Here due to their Customer experience
Been an AMEX user for life. Although use AMEX for the quality of support when something goes wrong as well as the complimentary flight tickets I get, Yonder is competing well on the customer support. They are with you when you need, it will be unfair to compare these two brands as one is a startup but still I would say the CX is top notch.
I also like the FX free travel on Yonder, I never use my AMEX internationally due to the high FX but guess now we have a credit card without FX. Think these two should be their moat. Highly recommended.

Great for everyday spending
Living in london this is the card to have. No arbitrary miles on random airlines you fly with twice a year - i’m glad to have found yonder. Performant app; great support, and they’ll even book experiences for you! Think Amex but without the pretentiousness! Huge fan
New credit card with cool perks
I started using the metallic Yonder credit card a few weeks ago and it's pretty cool. The app works great, the card looks and feels super nice and the customer support is amazing, very quick and super helpful. Looking forward to trying out the experiences that are offered as part of the membership
Yonder Experience
My first credit card in the UK, and if I had one word to describe my experience, it would be ‘seamless’. Right from the application process, to swiping at the store, the process has been seamless. The app is sleek, informative and intuitive. I’m excited to try out the experiences available from the points I earn. To top that, the physical card is beautiful. Overall, absolutely love the product!

Yonder has given each aspect of the customer journey so much attention to detail. From the seamlessness of the app, the customer communications (you actually chat with a human!) and proactive follow-ups, to the usage of the actual card both from a payments and point redemption perspective. So excited to continue to use Yonder (especially as I travel abroad) and be part of its growth!

Awesome credit card for everyday use
Absolutely love Yonder and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The user experience is excellent, customer service is friendly & super fast if you need help, and everything is clearly explained - I’ve actually moved over all my daily spend and subscriptions as it’s far superior to using debit cards.

My new regular spending card 👌🏼
Really excited by Yonder. I’ve used it at home and abroad and have had absolutely no issues - my card gets noticed a lot too because it looks super cool! The concept of being able to cash in rewards pretty instantly is fun, it’s made me want to use it more than my Amex :)

What a brilliant idea. Finally a credit card with rewards and experiences that actually benefit me. Love that the restaurants are some of the best in London and places I’d want to go to. The app is super cool, really easy to use and displays everything clearly. Would highly recommend Yonder.
