In my 50's and 60's, I kept trying to do the same strength training workouts that I did in my 30's and 40's, only to spend more time nursing injuries than I did working out. I experimented with several different approaches to fitness and in doing so discovered Lauren Eirk and Fitness Integrated Science. After following Lauren's program, I am pain free for the first time in 20 years! My body is much more stable, balanced and mobile.
Lauren genuinely cares about her clients and the free 30-minute Zoom session with Lauren is worth more than the price of the yearly subscription to the App. All of the hundreds of workouts in the program are designed by a lady who is one of the world's leading experts in body mechanics. All the videos are recorded with HDTV quality and Lauren's explanation of the exercises and how the human body moves through the ranges of motion are better than a college level course in exercise science.

Best fitness app!

I’ve tried all the fitness apps (I see you Peloton and Beach Body!). This is the only app I’ve been able to “stick with it.” My body feels better after working out w Lauren. And the results are in my injury-free tennis game, loose clothing and better posture all day long. It feels like I’ve grown two inches taller! And if you sit all day, you will looooove the many anti-sitting offerings.

Life changing!!

FIS TV is truly exceptional, and it has completely transformed my fitness routine and overall wellbeing. Lauren Eirk’s focus is building strength, increasing flexibility, and reducing pain. She brings knowledge, positivity and guidance to every movement.

Since starting these workouts over a year ago, I have experienced a remarkable improvement in my physical health. Before I started I was in chronic pain —in my hips and knees, and had trouble walking short distances without my lower back starting to ache. Now, I no longer need cortisone injections, dry needling, or massages to manage my pain.

The first year I used the app, I could find exercises every day to address the pain and weakness I was experiencing. I am now in my second year using this app, and am stronger and in much less pain. I wake up and my mornings are no longer an ordeal. I am now able to follow the Seven Day Fitness plan, a full body plan with a recommended exercise for every day of the week.

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall wellbeing.

Life saver

I’m crazy about this app and Lauren! They have both been a life saver to me.

When I first met Lauren I was in severe pain and literally in tears . I had been told the week before that I needed to have low back surgery asap as well as a very invasive neck surgery. I was ready because I was slowly losing my ability to walk more than a 2000 steps a day . I had always been very active so this was devastating to me. I was desperate to do anything to feel better and if that meant surgery well than so be it .

I went ahead with my appointment with Lauren anyway and I’m so grateful I did . Lauren listened and offered suggestions all the while being compassionate and empathetic. She explained to me how to use the app and sent the video numbers she recommended . I stated immediately and I haven’t looked back .

I have used many fitness apps in the past but Lauren’s is different. There is something for everyone and any issue you may be having .

I can’t say enough about Lauren for her dedication and knowledge . Thanks to her guidance and this app I was able to avoid having major surgery and able to get my physical strength back. I was in pain 24/7 and I’m not anymore . She truly cares about her clients and is committed to helping them achieve their goals .

I highly recommend this app and Lauren if you are in any type of pain or loss of function or if you are healthy and just want a good workout program. Both will change your life .

I blow a kiss to her through the TV every morning when I finish my doing my video for the day .

Loving this

I have done a lot of programs. I have reached the point where I was getting burnt out, or getting sore from workouts. Lauren is amazing and her knowledge of our bodies is incredible. I would highly encourage her program

Total Lifesaver

If you deal with any muscular pain this is totally the app to use. As an athlete who has been through 2 major car accidents as well as countless sports injuries I deal with a lot. There is something for every body part on this app. It’s clear Lauren thinks about the body in a different way and there are many days I could not function in life without her videos to get everything contracting. There are tons of workouts available but I tend to do more of the therapy based options. Definitely something for everyone

User friendly. Thoughtful, comprehensive and extensive

You will find this app to be very effective,encouraging and inspiring! Lauren offers numerous variations and modifications in her videos making this a fun,challenging and very rewarding app!

Love this platform!!

I love the FIS app! I met and worked out with Lauren at her studio years ago, and her workouts have helped and strengthened me more than any of the many exercise plans I’ve done in my life. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works, and explains it all so well. I have lower back issues, and she always gives different ways to do the exercises if you have problem areas. It’s amazing that some of the smallest movements can make the biggest difference in your muscle strength. The app makes it possible to do her workouts whenever it is convenient for me, and I can also choose which ones I want to do.

You can tell she is passionate about what she does, and she puts a lot of time and effort in creating weekly plans to follow that hit all areas of the body. She even includes words of motivation and healthy recipes! Thank you Lauren for all you do!
