Can’t log in
Faulty App
The app has never allowed me to access my account I continuously have to go on the web browser using the same login credentials to access my account.Please address this issue after all, you guys charge way to much for this among many other service issues.
Crappy app - can’t log in
In the several months I’ve had ADT security I have not successfully signed in the app even once. I can log in on the website but not this not the app. Looking at reviews, I see I’m not the o my one. ADT is also the worse alarm system I’ve had…was told batteries last for years, which is what I’ve experience with other security devices, but ADT’s devices, batteries are constantly going out.

Useless for appointments
Doesn’t allow you to pick any of the available times on the available dates so cannot complete the booking.
The app is shocking
Trying to do anything on the app DOES NOT WORK, I’ve been trying to book an inspection and it just keeps coming up with an error message. It seems like this has been happening for a while reading through previous review's
Don’t waste your time
When people say this is bad it is an incredible understatement - it has zero functionality. Bookings can’t be booked! Don’t waste your time. If this is ADT at its tech best makes you wonder whether ADT are safe looking after your home!

I have the mandatory option while signing up to choose my region as either UK or Ireland. US user, downloaded from US App Store. Good job guys.
Terrible to set up
When you do receive your one time set up number, it just sends you around in circles. There are no phone numbers to help you. No phone numbers to book an engineer service. There was a far better service with the company that they took over. Will be leaving them for a local firm which is well run.
Terrible app - basic functionality doesn’t work
I find it shocking that a security company that boasts superior technology has released such a poorly functioning and pointless app. Even basic functionality doesn’t work.
I received a letter saying my routine inspection was due and to book an appointment via the app. I followed the instructions and tried to book the appointment. I searched 3 dates before finding a date where the app showed availability for 3 separate time slots. But it wouldn’t let me book any one of them. I tried multiple times (even online outside of the app) but nothing worked. Eventually I had to call ADT (there was no telephone number provided on the letter). I explained the problem and the person told me the app wasn’t letting me book a time slot because actually there was no availability that day. Apparently booking via the app or online doesn’t have access to the real availability so it gives incorrect availability. The only way to get the real availability is to call direct. Then, I was told that the time slot’s offered were also irrelevant as at the back end, all appointments are booked for the day (9am-5pm) - not by time slot. Finally I had to physically write down my job number as I was told there was no functionality available to email me a confirmation for my booking.
Overall pretty poor for a technology based security company.
